After discovering authentic shave ice during a transformative 2017 Hawaii vacation, Julie and Don Martin brought the island magic to Portland. What started as a pandemic food cart has blossomed into Portland's premier Hawaiian shave ice destination.

We layer finely shaved ice over creamy ice cream bases, then top it with our house-made fruit syrups crafted from real fruit - no artificial dyes, just pure flavor. Every scoop is a mini vacation to the islands!
